To be successful and happy in life it's important that you look after yourself. This form helps you identify how you are doing in terms of your health, wellbeing and environment.
Organising Kit
This four part kit gets you organised. You set targets for your life, and divide them into manageable tasks. A special feature is the link between tasks, priorities and your commitment.
Budgeting
Uncertainty about your finances can be one life's biggest stressors. This tool helps you to create a budget. It's very simple, just read the instructions and fill in the template. Then you'll have the reassurance of knowing your financial situation. From there you can decide what changes, if any, you need to make.

Authentic Happiness by Martin Seligman (Random House, 2002, Sydney) An excellent book by the founder of the field of positive psychology.
The Magic of Conflict - turning a life of work into a work of art by Thomas Crum (Touchstone, 1989, NY) Based on the principles of aikido, this book explains how to apply them to daily life.
Women Who Run With the Wolves - Contacting the power of the wild woman by Clarissa Pinkola Estes (Random House, 1992, UK) Shows how to cultivate feminine wildness.
The Happiness Handbook - strategies for a happy life by Dr Timothy Sharp (Finch, 2005, Australia) Shows what you can do to become happier.
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill (first published 1937, current edition Wiltshire Book Company, 1999, California) The classic motivational text containing philosophical and practical techniques for success in life.
Emotional Intelligence by Daniel Goleman (Bloomsbury, 1996, London) This
book redefines intelligence to include self-awareness, impulse control,
persistence, empathy and social deftness, all qualities that lead to
success in life more so than IQ.
Conversations with God, books 1, 2 and 3 by Neale Donald Walsch (Hodder, 1996, Sydney) An interesting discussion on the meaning of life.
Finding Flow, the psychology of engagement with everyday life by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi (Basic Books, 1997, New York) A fairly technical book about flow, the author is also a founding figure of positive psychology.
Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E Frankl (First published 1946, current edition, Random House, 2004, London) The classic tribute to hope from the holocaust. An amazing book, very inspiring.
Plato not Prozac by Lou Marinoff (Quill (Harper Collins), 1999, New York) By a key figure in the field of philosophical counselling.
The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People by S Covey (The Business Library, 1990, Melbourne) A good manual on what makes effective people effective.
Creative Visualization by Shakti Gawain (Narataj Publishing, 1995, California) Visualisation
can be a great adjunct to action in making changes to your life (as
long as you actually take action and don't depend solely on the
visualization). This book outlines a number of useful techniques.
The Origins of Virtue by Matt Ridley (Viking, 1996, UK) A
fascinating book that looks at the evolution of society from a
biological perspective, and importantly, examines how this has led to
cooperation and "virtue".
French Women Don't Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano (Chatto & Windus, 2005, Great Britain) A brilliant book about eating for pleasure. It's so sensible.
Finding Your Own North Star by Martha Beck (Piatkus, 2001, UK) A very engaging book about how to find your direction in life.
I Could Do Anything If Only I Knew What It Was by Barbara Sher (Hodder, 1994, Australia) A very
good book that describes different categories of people and why they
find it difficult to find their true vocation or career.
What Colour Is Your Parachute by Richard Nelson Bolles (Ten Speed Press, California, updated annually) Considered the "job-hunter's bible"
The Renaissance Soul by Margaret Lobenstine (Broadway Books, 2006, New York) As the author puts it: "Life design for people with too many passions to pick just one."
The E Myth Revisited by Micheal E Gerber (Harper Business, 1995, New York) About
why most small businesses don't work and what to do about it. Essential
reading if you have, or are thinking of starting, a small business.
Lovemarks by Kevin Roberts, CEO Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi (Murdock Books, 2004, Australia) The
author of this ground-breaking book on business philosophy believes
that the way forward for business is love. An engaging read for anyone
in business.

Reclaiming Goddess Sexuality - the power of the feminine way by Linda E Savage, PhD (Divine Feminine Publications, 1999 & 2004) Explains women's sexuality historically, biologically and spiritually. Very refreshing.
Passionate Enlightenment - Women in Tantric Buddhism by Miranda Shaw (Princeton University Press, 1994) A scholarly look at women's fundamental role in the history of Tantric Buddhism, also a great explanation of what this tradition is.
How to Have Magnificent Sex by Lana L Holstein MD (Random House, 2001) Outlines seven dimensions of sex to get in touch with your body and sexual energy.
A Natural History of the Senses by Diane Ackerman (Phoenix, 1996) A wonderful look at our senses - after all, good sex is a sensory experience.
The Pleasure Zone - why we resist good feelings and how to let go and be happy by Stella Resnick, PhD (Conari Press, 1997) This book doesn't just talk about pleasure, in all aspects of our lives, it shows how simple and healing it can be.
