Sex Therapy & Coaching

I am one of the few coaches in Australia, and in fact in the world, who specialises in sex coaching. For that matter, I'm one of the few sex therapists who takes a coaching approach to working with clients (or to use technical terms: solution-focused brief therapy with strong cognitive-behavioural elements). The way I view the difference between sex therapy and sex coaching is that therapy fixes dysfunctions to make you sexually functional, and coaching takes you from functional to exceptional.

Sex is such an important part of life, and affects everyone, so it's an important issue to cover (can you imagine not being able to talk about food? - not talking about sex is just as absurd). It's also one area that we find the hardest to talk about, so many people end up with much less satisfactory sex lives than they need to. Which is such a shame, because good sex is an extraordinary thing, one that has a hugely positive effect on us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

You'll find that talking to me is a liberating experience. I have no need to judge or assess you, my only agenda is to enable you to have the best sex life you can have, to be the most sexually empowered you can be. I'll help you figure out how you'd like your sex life to be, and what changes you need to make in your thinking, behaviour and life-style to enable that to happen. Depending on your situation our work together will combine elements of sex education, sex therapy and life coaching (please note that there is no actual sex though - that's the homework!).

The sessions can also be surprisingly enjoyable. The best things in life are fun, and sex is undoubtedly one of the best things in life (if it's not, you really need to book an appointment!), so we'll laugh and lighten you up about the whole sex thing.

I use the best of modern scientific knowledge and therapeutic practices combined with the ancient knowledge of Tantric and Taoist practices to help get you empowered sexually. Through sex coaching you'll feel sexually confident, creative and connected.

Sessions are offered face-to-face at my consulting rooms at The Art of Health, Annandale, and Impotence Australia, Surry Hills, Sydney, or by phone or video skype. The cost is $A175 (incl GST) per session in person, $A150 by phone or video chat, concessions and package deals available.
