What You’ll Do During the Couples in Business Workshop
On the Saturday we’ll be focusing on you as a couple. We believe that the strength of your personal relationship is what will determine the strength of your business relationship. We’ll be covering:
- What is the ‘Couple Bubble’, why is it so important and how to cultivate it
- Understand your own couple bubble and its strengths and weaknesses
- Understanding your attachment style
- Understanding relationship development, what stage you’re at and encouraging differentiation
- How to become experts on each other and why it’s so important;
- How to communicate effectively
- The importance of your intimate connection and how to cultivate yourselves as ‘lovers’ as much as ‘partners’ (there will be ‘homework’ on this!)
On the Sunday we’ll take this strengthened concept of your couple relationship into your business arrangements. We’ll be covering:
- Your individual and joint business purpose;
- Your individual roles within the business and relational issues;
- Navigating individual and joint boundaries between business and non-business;
- Communicating as business partners;
- Honouring the couple bubble in business;
- Practical techniques on how to keep the multiple roles that you each have clear and understood;
- Keeping the concept of your as a couple central as you lead and grow your business.
Please note that we have priced this workshop at a point for couples in a reasonable-sized operational business. If your business is a start-up, very small or in financial difficulties please contact us and we can discuss a possible discount.
